TAO Los Angeles
 is offering a one-night only Christmas dessert offering created by NEW Chef Yoshi Kojima on Tuesday, December 25.

Available à la carte from 3PM-12AM, Chef Yoshi will be bringing a New York style to Los Angeles as he debuts his special offerings. As spoken about for years, Chinese food has dominated on Christmas Day and continues to increase in year:

  • 32oz Vietnamese Glazed Tomahawk with Lobster E-Fu Noodles
  • Purple Potato Montblanc Pastry with Chestnut Ice Cream

BALEENkitchen’s News Year’s Eve Moon Shine at Midnight Party & Dinner 

Guests are invited to ring in the New Year at the hotel’s Moon Shine at Midnight New Year’s eve party. The prohibition-themed event will take place in BALEENkitchen’s lounge on December 3l from 7 p.m. – 2 a.m. and will feature live entertainment, hors d’oeuvres, and specialty moonshine cocktails. A $20 coverage fee will be charged at the door for those not going to dinner.

Before welcoming the New Year, guests are also invited to end 2018 on an indulgent note in BALEEN’s elegant dining room with a decadent four-course pre-fixed dinner prepared by Chefs de Cuisine, Vasili Tavernakis and Paul Dinulescu. Guest can start the night off with a relaxing and elevated dining experience filled with festive dishes while taking in stunning views of the Pacific Ocean and Kings Harbor and then dance the night away at the Moon Shine at Midnight New Year’s party. The prefixed dinner starts at $85 per person and includes entrance into the party. Reservations begin at 3 p.m. with the last seating at 11 p.m.

Champagne for a Cause

The holiday season is a time for giving back. With the recent devastating fires that have impacted local communities throughout California, BALEENkitchen has decided to give back and help those who have been impacted. For every bottle or glass of Nicolas Feuillate Brut Champagne purchased throughout the month of December, BALEENkitchen will donate 50 percent of the proceeds to the California Wildfire Relief Fund.
